Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

International Shipping We ship to the US, UK, EU, Canada, and Australia. Estimated delivery times:

- United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
- European Union: 8–14 business days
- Canada: 10–15 business days

Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Matr ships on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis unless otherwise stated.
